To register an account and use our services at 22kk, the following conditions must be met. These conditions apply to every member — no exceptions.

Age & Identity

• You must be at least 18 years old to register with 22kk. Account registration by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
• The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate. Creating an account with false information may result in the account being suspended and the balance forfeited at any time.
• Only one account is permitted per mobile number and device. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended.
• Completing the KYC (identity verification) process increases your withdrawal limit and keeps your account secure.

Account Security

• Never share your password or login details with anyone. If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Accounts may not be used in someone else's name or on behalf of another person. All betting must be done by the account holder, for themselves.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of protection to your account. You can turn it on through the Settings menu.

Deposit Terms

• Only deposit using your own payment account. Using someone else's account may result in suspension of your 22kk account.
• There are no extra charges on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider's own fees may apply depending on the payment method.
• Deposits are generally instant — in some cases, network delays may add 5–10 minutes.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. This is a one-time process.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled. Without completing wagering, only the original deposited amount may be withdrawn.
• The daily withdrawal limit for standard members is ৳5,00,000. For Diamond VIP members, this limit is ৳50,00,000.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses come with wagering requirements, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before you can withdraw. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to place ৳5,000 in bets before withdrawing.

• Wagering requirements for each bonus are clearly stated on the relevant offer page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus expires, otherwise the bonus will be forfeited.
• Certain bonuses (such as tournament prizes) can be withdrawn directly — no wagering requirements apply.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account suspension.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.

VIP & Loyalty Program

The 22kk VIP programme runs from Bronze through to Diamond tier. You earn points on every bet, and those points can be redeemed for bonuses. Your VIP tier is determined by your monthly activity — reduced activity may result in a tier downgrade.

22kk believes betting should be a form of entertainment. To ensure no one is harmed by financial pressure or addiction, we have put in place a number of protective measures.

• Self-Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one comes into force after 24 hours.
• Cooldown Period: Temporarily pause your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period, logging in and placing bets will not be possible.
• Self-Exclusion: For a long-term or permanent break, a self-exclusion option is available. This must be activated through the Support team.
• Age Verification: If anyone under the age of 18 is suspected of using 22kk, that account will be investigated immediately.
• Betting History: Your full betting and transaction history is available anytime from your profile.

Reasons for Account Closure

22kk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Creating an account using false or misleading information.

• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting betting systems or glitches.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Account belonging to a person under 18 years of age.

Terms Amendment

22kk may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of 22kk following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or concern, contact our Support team first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours. If Support is unable to reach a resolution, the matter may be escalated through an international gaming authority.
